Updo's for work.

Hey i need some new idea of how to do my hair for work.
I'm a waitress and have to tie my hair up. I just get so bored of it being simple and my skills aren't so great. So some pics, videos or advice would be great.

I have long hair with side bangs, which have grown out (will in time get a haircut, i always put off getting it cut).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also Make-up ideas would be great too.

if you get your bangs cut, you can do a low off center pony (like off to the side a little at the nape of your neck) and leave your bangs down with a few little wsipy hairs to frame your face. could also tease the back of your hair to give it soem volume.

you could do a cute teased ponytail a la gwen stefani:

or a loose braid (not exactly an updo, but it gets the hair out of your face)
