After hearing soo much raves about this eyeliner, i decided to go to sephora and try it out. After about 2 mins of putting it on, i looked in the mirror and saw that it had creased on my eyelids. I have tried to put the UDPP on the bottom, it still creases a little. HELP?!

That's strange. I own a few 24/7 liners and have never experienced creasing. And UDPP is great stuff. The only issue I had with UDPP is after a few months I found creasing. It's shelf life isn't very long I guess.

How long have you had the UDPP? If it is relatively new, maybe you could try applying a mattifying powder over the UDPP to soak up any excess oils. Just a thought. I hope it wouldn't affect the color of your eyeshadow though...

You could also try different primers, see if one works better for you. There's Too Faced Shadow Insurance, I hear that's good. Also MAC Prep+Prime, or try using MAC shadesticks or paint pots under eyeshadow/eyeliner. They are good primers also.

Hope this helps.

I just reread your message, you said you only put UDPP on the bottom. Try putting it all over the lid, that's what I do. Should be more effective.

Heres the thing with UD 24/7 pencil, you gotta let it sit for 30 seconds-ish and then it wont move. That's why if you want to smudge it out, you gotta do it right away before its impossible to move it. :p

Yep agree with Nubletta.. if you don't move it around quickly it will settle and STAY. So, apply all over the lid up to the brown (I put it on my brows too so that whatever product I use to define my skimpy puny miserly little brows sticks on!). After it is dry then apply shadows. I don't like the effect of UDPP under paint pots, it makes a glop -- Paint Pots take the place of UDPP for me

^ I believe she's referring to the eyeliners and not UDPP.

But yes, it's a good idea to let it sit for a while before you open your eyes too wide. I try to avoid making too thick of a line so that it doesn't touch the part of my eye fold. And using UDPP along with some powder over top will help alleviate the problem.

If that still doesn't work, do the UDPP + powder, then line the eyes, wait at least 30 seconds, then set with a matchng eyeshadow on top.

^ I agree. Wait for 30 secs before open your eyes wide, that's what I do all the time. Use it on the top of a primer. I used Too Faced Shadow Insurance. 24/7 pencils are great stuffs. They're long lasting and my most favourite pencil liners.

I actually do place UDPP all over my eyelids and yes, it is new.
Yes, i did wait at least 1 min for it to dry. But somehow, it still smudged. In 2 hours, it was almost completely off :/

I've heard the Stila Kajal pencils are pretty good. I've never tried them myself so I can't really say its true. They also have a pretty good selection of colors too from what I hear!

I've got nothing for you, even with a primer AND a paint pot, my 24/7 liner smudged and disappeared within a few hours.

Just like all makeup, theres got to be the odd balls that get bad results from a product when everyone else wants to marry it.
