It looks good, especially the work face - totally classy and it reminds me of what I wear to work.
Here's a tip:
Since you have deep-set eyes, I think that doing a dark shadow on the lid, and a nice light color to highlight the browbone area would look excellent for you.
If you want to do a light lid and dark crease... Think of splitting your lids in half in terms of color... inner lid and outer lid (which curves up into the crease). Ok, start by applying your light or focus color in the inner lid area. 252 is good for laying down color on lids. Then apply your darker "crease color" on the outer corners of your lid and blend towards the middle (so the colors merge). Take a crease brush and blend the outer color upwards. 224 is good for this.

Just my constructive criticism since I see you have all these lovely colors.

prsfynestmami is so right. Her tips are dead on!
We have similar set eyes I struggle with colors all the time. Dark colors get on nerves. We actually have to do the opposite and use a lighter color in the crease or do the half'n'half like prsfnestmami talked about. Which can really be a pain!...my dear welcome to world! LOL

Anyways I really like the last look!
