I know people use it on their feet and put socks on right before bed to uber moisturize. Also, for lips as well.

I'm not sure about other secrets or anything, but I used to use vaseline on my eyelashes in an attempt to moisturize my eyelashes, haha, in a further attempt to make them grow thicker and longer.

My vision would get real cloudy when I did this, so I'd be careful, I'm sure it's dangerous for your eyes. I stopped doing it once I thought of that...It's a pretty good overnight moisturizer for lips and such though, I'm sure.

Also, it never really comes off well. So wearing mascara while doing it is completely impossible, even after washing. It takes forever to come out. It's just a bad idea over-all.

i tried a thin layer of vaseline as a base for eyeshadows. It did make the color "wetter" looking but it didn't hold up for very long and creased.

Vaseline improved the condition of my eyelashes. I sleep with it on, though.

I read once (this was a while ago) that Tyra uses it as an overnight eye creme to prevent wrinkles

i heard vaseline is good for grooming eyebrows. occaisionally i'll wear it on my eyelids for a natural glossy look, but i mainly use it for my lips, it's better than any lipbalm out there.

at my old job, my hands got dried out really bad all the time and no matter how much lotion i used, they still just got dried out. so my mam told me to smother my hands in vaseline before bed and cover them with socks, and it worked really well. alot of people do the same with their feet.

If you want to grow/condition your eyelashes, you should use almond oil. Get a mascara wand that you cleaned off and don't use anymore, dip it in the oil, then apply it to you lashes like you would mascara.
Here's the link where I heard that info from
As for vaseline, I use it to moisturize my hands and feet. Read it in Teen magazine when I was like 13---12 years ago...wow. Anyhoo, just put some on your hands and feet, wrap in syran wrap, and the I put on gloves/socks (I know the syran wrap sounds weird but it keeps the vaseline from being absorbed by the cotton socks/gloves.)

It's ok for eyelashes-- doesn't make them too much longer, so much as condition & strengthen them. So, you may get slightly more glossy, thick lashes as a result.

I also use vaseline for nailpolish bottles, actually. I put a thin layer on the neck (after making sure there's no nailpolish on it, of course). This keeps the bottle more air-tight and prevents the polish from drying out, and prevents the cap from fusing to the bottle.

My eyes have been super dry since I have seasonal allergies, and I've put a thin layer on the eyes before bed. It's the only thing that keeps my skin from getting flaky and doesn't irritate at all. I don't like it so much for the lips though...

Vaseline totally grosses me out. I know it's "tried & true", but I prefer Creative's SolarBalm for that all-over moisturizing and whatnot.
