Venetian lustreglass weirdness

i've been lemming this lustreglass for ages, and finally got it this month. i knew about the weird brush/texture having read the MUA reviews, but still, it surprised me how bad they are! the brush was really stiff and hard to use and totally unlike all my other lustreglass brushes, and the texture of the gloss was thicker and more difficult to apply smoothly. i always end up having to press my lips together to blend it. but the colour is rosy sheer red gorgeousness, truly stunning, so i put up with it. i wonder why this particular lustreglass is so odd?

i think that there's just some tubes of things that are kind of faulty. my tube of oystergirl lipglass is really thick and textured like you described your tbe of venitian :\

That's weird. My Venetian is totally fine. The texture is just like any other Lustreglass, and the brush is soft enough. Maybe there was a weird batch going around? I dunno, I got mine last month too, and it's fine.

Mine is fine too, just like all my other lustreglass...maybe you should bring it back?

Mine is also fine- maybe you should take it to a counter with another Lusterglass to show a MA? I'm sure they'll return it with or without the comparison, but it might be helpful for them if another person comes in with the same complaint.

My lustreglass itself is fine, but the brush was really hard to begin with. Odd. It's normal now, though.

I know that when lustreglass first came out, they had some faulty caps with the brushes, because they were cracking and breaking. My fav m/a gave me a bunch of new brushes (they were giving them out) and told me to replace all mine...I only idd it on one though, cuz the rest were fine...

ive never had a problem with any my lustreglasses, including venetian
