I've used this on my cheeks and lips but is it okay to use on the eyelids too? Just as a base? Or would the colors you put over it not show up well? I know it's a stupid question..lol..but since it's a "base.."

I've used it as a base for Sushi Flower. It really makes the color pop!

I can't recall whether MAC says it is eye safe or not, but I have used it as a base on my lids with no issue. Stellarx is right, it looks great with Sushi Flower, or any pink, like Expensive Pink. Or you can use a gold over it. Just play around. That's when you find the surprising combos that you wouldn't expect to work.
