so the other day i got my list ready, and i called the 1-800 number to place an order with macpro. i'm not a pro member, but i've heard from so many different places that you can still order it over the phone. soooo i called, and they told me i couldnt order it

i dont understand why! if anyone can walk into a pro store and buy, then how come not everyone can order it? its not my fault i dont live near a pro store

is there anyway to get around this? im dying to have some of the pro pigments like you wouldn't believe (of course now i've spent all my monies anyway :roll: )

to get those numbers you can go to macpro.com and then go to locations, select pro stores only.. and call and order from the closest one to you.

they ship out next day and can tell you stalk right away too.

yeah you cant order from the pro site or pro call center without a pro card.

But like the other girl said you can call a pro store and they will ship out all the items to you

i've heard mixed reactions on this. it may just be a luck-of-the-draw thing. sometimes people have been able to order through the pro hotline without a PPID card, sometimes they have not. like everyone else has mentioned, go onto the mac website, and search for a pro location (vegas, LA, san francisco, nyc, florida, or texas) and call the direct phone number for that store. they will ship, and charge your credit card over the phone.

Just for clarification. If you call 800.387.6707 ext. 8555 you can order any item (Pro or otherwise), you don't have to be a PRO member. You can be from the US or Canada.

The number you called is the online telephone number.
