Walmart on Lunch Break...any shopping ideas??

I'm going to Walmart for my lunch break. Is there anything new, or worth mentioning at Walmart recently?

I'm sure since it's a chain store there are similarities in items, sales, specials, new items..etc. no matter the location.

I'd appreciate any ideas
