Definitely the Liquid Last. Although you will need an oil-based cleanser to get them off because they are considered "semi-permanent". I wore them everyday when I went to Cuba a few years ago, and after spending a long time in the ocean, all of my waterproof mascara came off but my Liquid Last didn't move at all. I actually started using the black one as mascara. I wouldn't recommend that for everyday use, but it worked just fine for the beach. So I would also invest in some of MAC's Cleanse Off Oil. Regular make-up remover will not take it off without some major scrubbing, and while olive oil or baby oil will also do the trick, you'll have to be careful about sensitivities (since Cleanse Off Oil is meant to be used as a remover and olive oil/baby oil is not).
Also, as an application tip, I would also get a liner brush to use (or you can use an old, cleaned felt tip applicator from another liquid liner) and then just dip it into the Liquid Last. The brush that comes with it is very difficult to use.
Have fun!!
