so, im the new makeup artist on the photo shoots for a magazine on campus
i asked them if they provided supplies, they say, uh, no.
and asked me if i had my own stuff
i was like yeah, i got a decent collection of MAC
they were excited
thing is, im greedy and i don't want to use my MAC on these random girls
hahahaha.
so, what should i do, suck it up and use it on them or... suggestions for good, cheap brands? i know, and love milani
i think im going to invest in a Ben Nye palette.
also, do you think i could apply for a PRO card because of this? i mean, i'm essentially freelancing... right?

If You Don't Want To Deplete Your MAC Stash I Probably Would Go With Ben Nye, Do You Have A Ricky's By You (It's A Make~up Store)! I Am Not Familiar With Milani But I Will Say This If You Want Your Work To Stand Out Then Make Sure The Colors That You Do Purchase Will Stand Out Strongly Especially When Photographing Your Work!

i would ask for more money so you can get back some of your mac! jeeeeez ben nye is hella good because most of the colors you don't really have to use a base and they're big pots. :]
