Hi, I'm Courtney. *waves* I've been watching the forum for a while & figured that it'd be selfish of me not to introduce myself. I'm a 19 year old "girly girl" but I'm no "expert" on cosmetics(I JUST figured out what primers were) so...I'm hoping to learn more from you guys!
