I know everyone has been doing these quite a bit, but whatever. I had to have something that would look ok to go to MAC, and ok with my red shirt to go to work afterwards.

But yeah...THREE of the MA's there complimented me on my makeup...one complimented it two or three times, and said she was really impressed by it (the one helping me...she's one of the best ones there). Haha. Awesome. Some lady in Express and two coworkers, a guy and a girl commented on it too. And a customer. Haha. Probably 'cause they're used to seeing me in fairly boring makeup at work.

It wasn't anything that complicated or fabulous though. I think the whole yellow to orange to red thing is fairly easy though, for the most part. But I like it.

Sorry, those were the only full-face pictures that came out even semi-decent. I was in a hurry. And I'm sorry I always do the same poses in pictures, haha. I just don't know what else to do.

I bought Springsheen blush, and the MA put some on me...and it looks much better. But these were taken before that.

Omg, I was just looking at the looks I bookmarked, and looking at this SAME eotd you did! I swear, it's the same pyro one where you said you were inspired by your lighter!!! I still have the window open! God damn, how freaky of a coincidence is that? Ps, if you couldn't tell, I love this look on you! Makes me want to buy all the e/s so I can try to recreate it.

Lol well thanks! That look was a little bit different (a few different colors), but basically the same. I don't remember...did I use color underneath in that one?

Hmmm...I don't know. But yeah, it's basically the exact same thing again. Haha. I just don't know what else I can do that's FUN when I have to wear a red shirt to work. :\

Oh, man! This is beautiful! I've just discovered the world of oranges and reds. I am trying soo hard to NOT do another orange/red look tomorrow but you made it sooo hard. I just got some more oranges and red pigment samples in the mail today. I was going to try the new Sweetie Cake piggies, but I don't know now.

Haha I love oranges and reds too...but there's only so much you can do without looking like you're repeating the same thing. I don't know. At least for me, because I'm not all that creative with color placement, haha.

But seriously, thank you. I'd LOVE to work for MAC. The only problem is, there are only TWO in my state...or in the upper half of it, anyway. I don't know if there's one in southern Utah or not. I don't know. It's my goal to work there by the time I turn 22. (I turn 21 in two months and one day)

So pretty! I love using those colors. And I wish I could do my eyeliner that well. I always mess up the pointy bit the at the end! I can never do it evenly!

You should! Haha well maybe not in the middle of the night...at least not if you have to get up to do anything tomorrow, but I think it would be cute on you.

Check out Bright Coral for sure. The only thing I ever use Orange Tangent for is for blending yellow to Orange looks. It's sad, I can't think of any other use for it.

Thanks! Have you tried using the 266 brush? Haha I mess mine up all the time...sometimes I leave it, or else I grab a makeup wipe, wipe the end off, and redo it.

I love compliments from the mac make up artists.

and I love that they all look like me at the counter I frequent... the whole black hair going on... I'm like, I would so fit in... hahah but I can only dream.

Haha me too! Well, I don't have black hair....it's blonde and black, obviously. But the only color they wear is on their face, and that's how I am too. Haha.
