the 209 is the one I pick up all the time when I want a normal line or a fat line it makes it easy, however if I want a really thin tight line I go for my 231 this is wonderful for that

as for the straight line, just practice on a clean face when you dont have to worry about going somewhere for a while.

you can never get better unless you keep trying

263. It's a small angled brush, but it is made of synthetic fibres which are much more firm than natural (which is what the 266 is made of). This gives a much cleaner, sharper line. Only negative is that it is a PRO only brush. But it is by far superior for Fluidlines.

i use bobbi's gelliner with the 208. I feel like you can't go wrong with the 208 - it draws a finer than my sharpened powerpoint, and you can always layer it on to get a thicker line. and it doubles for the brows

I use bobbi brown's ultra fine eyeliner brush, it's very easy to use and I love it very much. I also have 208, but somehow i think it's better for dry lining.

the 209 is perfect for the fluidline. I wash it each time after I use it and form it back into its perfect little shape to use again. This is, IMO, the most precise little brush.. but practice makes perfect, and a steady hand. It is my go-to brush for everyday, and you can make the best little cat eye with it without going overboard for a day look.
I also love the 266 too

But, if I was forced at gunpoint LOL, 209. All the way.

EDIT to add: And I DON'T have the steadiest hand!!
