What colour is this please?

This avatar is slowly killing me.
Any idea what colour it is? Pleeeeeease?????

First I thought it was De Menthe, so tracked one down paid big bucks and no it isn't! ( I do love De Menthe though, lol)

my latest suspect is forest green piggie and mixing medium??

Well, in my honest opinion it looks like Teal pigment with mixing medium. Just a thought though.

heh! I've been wondering that myself. I agree with the teal suggestions. It's got some blue undertones to it, but that may just be my monitor.

i've never seen forest green with mix medium but i have seen teal pigment with it at i'm gonna have to go with that one!

That was a picture MAC used for the release of the Powerpoints in May 2003. If you look in the color stories section under Splashproof you'll find it. My guess is it's a mix of Navy Stain (or a mix of navy stain and something else) but the picture made it turn out greener than it looks in reality.

No it's not a pigment... it's a powerpoint! Like someone said above, it was the pic for the powepoint's release!!

And like almost every MAC pics.. the colors are off! Remember the LustreGlass pic with shimmery bubble gum pink lips? It was supposed to be Star Nova... which is more translucid and more purple than pink, well not the same shade at all!
