What do I need to apply from A to Z?

So I'm thinking of working for MAC but what do I need?

Portfolio?
Resume?
Do I have the skills??

you should have a resume, I applyed and gave them my resume and bussiness card and then on top of that thye still had me fill out an application but its always good to look professional.

Neither MAC I applied at needed an application or portfolio (though I would've loved an excuse to make a portfolio). They just required a resume.

As for skills, retail is always good, as well as people skills. So any job that works with the public should be good.
