What do you use to get loose glitter to stick to the eye well?

i dont want it to fall into my eyeball, but also a solution that will not ruin my e/s. I like to put loose glitter over top of my shadows...kind of like how ud has those clear gel glitters....only how could i do my own??thanks

You can use mixing medium, or even some duo lash glue diluted with fix plus.
