What eyeshadow primer leaves a neutral base color?

Does UDPP leave any color? I am looking for something that will be a neutral base that doesn't have shimmer. I would rather not do UDPP plus a paint pot if I can get away with using just one thing. What about painterly paint pot ?

Yeah UDPP is the same color of my skin and I can just use the UDPP without any other base and its great.

I have darkness on my eyelids, and while UD PP alone doesn't cover it up, it does help to even things out.
Something like Painterly or Soft Ochre will even out and cover things up more, but at least for my oily lids, they don't last as long.
I can do UD PP alone, but not Paint Pots if I want my eyeshadow to last all day. Same with TF Shadow Insurance.

I use Bare Canvas paint. It has a slight shimmer, but once I put on my shadow, you can't see it. Even if I use a satin or matte, it comes out perfect. I can wear it under shadow all day, in July, in the blazing hot sun at some kind of festival... the rest of my face may melt, but damn if my shadow isn't still perfect! LOL

Another good one to use is Lemon Aid from BeneFit. It has a slight yellow color to it if you put a lot on (and that MAY just be because I'm so pale) but it blends out really well and it has absolutely no shimmer. I LOVE this one for putting on pigments or anything that will have a lot of fall out because it's so tacky. I'm also a huge fan of UDPP. Too Faced has Shadow Insurance, which is really similar to UDPP.
