OK well everyone on here knows by now I'm terrified of people.
A couple of weeks ago, my friend and I were at Nordstrom. She got on the escalator and these horrible little bitches jump in front of me. They were being all snarky and everything and one of them drops a $20. She didn't seem to notice it. Well she gets off the escalator and keeps walking. Heh. $20! I seriously wanted to keep it. I lean down and get it and then the damn conscious jumps in my mind. I talk my friend into running over there and giving her the money back to the girl and I sort of hide myself.
Now today, I lost my wallet and checkbook. Had no idea where it was but I was in the middle of class and couldn't freak out. Well in the middle of class someone walks in the room, the prof asks if he can help her and she says, " Um, I found a wallet and a checkbook in the bathroom, I was wondering if anyone was missing it." I raised my hand, thanked her profusely and she left.
I didn't get a good look at her, neither did my prof or anyone else and now im upset because I wanted to buy her lunch.
Best part is-Everything was still in tack.
Anyone else got a similar story?
