What is "Shameless Promotions forum"?

I have made a new blog, and I am looking through the rules trying to find out, what the rules are concerning links to personal websites.

I read in the FAQ that other than a link in your sgnature, you can write about it in the "Shameless Promotions forum".

What is that? And where can I find it?

The Shameless Promotion Forum was a place where members could post links to their own blogs and video tutorials.

I think it has been closed now.
