What is the last beauty product you recommended to a close friend or family member?

For me it was Refined Topping MSF for my aunt. She was looking at the MAC store for a great highlighter (she has a Pro card...lucky...). She loves to use it now! After this I was curious what products you all like to recommend to family members and close friends. How often do you give recommendations? Do they come to you for advice on beauty products? Sharing is caring!

I convinced my friend to buy NARS Orgasm. It's a well-known blush that looks great on a lot of skintones, but let me tell you guys, that shade was fucking MADE FOR HER!

My friends and cousins ask and text me all the time about products. The last product I recommended was Studio Sculpt foundation and concealer. Last week my cousin was like I'm not buying anymore foundation, I'm done. And then she text me yesterday talking about I'm getting that studio sculpt foundation(she also claim she wasn't going to get Rice paper because she had Nylon, but she did) LOL.

My lil sis wears black eyeliners everyday. I got her to try Fluidline and she's loving it! She got herself a Blacktrack and a #210. My mom only uses high end cosmetics. I bought her 2 Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipsticks and she is in love with them.

I recommended the #217 brush to my sister. I think she was a bit skeptical at first, but after she bought it she was raving about it.

UDPP to my best friend. She got shocked with the price tag and she doesn't understand that it lasts so long and is totally worth it. Oh well, I'm kinda annoyed because she never takes my opinions into consideration. If she wants to have creased eyeshadows, then whatever.

I'm ALWAYS recommending UDPP and I've only ever had one unhappy customer (but because of sensitivity, not staying power) but my latest was Johnson & Johnson's 3in1 eyemake up remover.

The person purchased it and now loves it as much as I do. Result.

L'oreal Expert Intense Repair deep conditioner for my sister. She dyed her hair dark and it need alot of TLC!! She tried mine and immediately asked for directions to the salon.

She also took a look at my eyeshadows and wrote down the ones she liked. She went and bought them all, filled a palette. Lucky.....

Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat to my mum. Actually, I need to order it for her, it was supposed to be her birthday present.

UDPP for my lil sis. When I told her about it she thought I was crazy to pay so much for it. I didnt say a thing, but I gave her a small sample of mine to try out. She called me a week later to tell me she just stopped at Sephora to grab her very own.

I recommend practically every good item I use but the last beauty item I recommended to someone which wasn't MAC was Maybelline's Colossal mascara.

I recommended paint pots to one of my best friends recently. And somehow I got my mom into MSF because she was doing her makeup and was like "give me something shimmery...I want some of that stuff you have!" lol. So I let her use my redhead MSF and she was all over it!

That is too funny because I got my mom into MAC lipsticks by getting her an All's Fair lipstick. She has now purchased Sweet Thing lipstick as well. This is a woman who wears only drug store stuff. I am so proud!
