For all you hair care fanatics, what is your hair care regimen? Including shampoo, conditioner, treatments, coloring stuff, etc!

I use hot oil treatments once in awhile to help the split ends and keep the shine.

I use leave in conditioner after every wash to kinda help keep my color protected. Also helps before and after curling your hair. Really need to put and lock the moisture back in your hair.

Wash about every 2-4 days - doesn't matter what kind. For me it's all the pre and post treatments.

the absolute one thing I cannot live w/o it Aussie's Hair Insurance (leave in conditioner). I've been using this stuff for like 10 years! I can't live w/o it! I have thick coarse hair, and I blow dry it everyday, dye it and my hairdressers always gush over my hair! I never have split ends. I think it's b/c of Aussie! Other then that I'm always changing my shampoo & conditioner...

I use Lush Daddyo Shampoo which keeps my blonde hair from darkening and Skindecent's Daily Replenishing Conditioner (www.skindecent.com). As a treatment I use Marilyn from Lush, which is supposed to brighten up blonde hair. I'm not sure how well it works for that but I do find it amazingly moisturising!
