I know you want MAC, but that looks very much like NARS Funny Face or Schiap...it looks fairly matte. I'm aware the colour is somewhat messed up on this computer, but if it's more of a bluish pink (which it looks like to me), then I say Funny Face.

Errrr this is just my opinion but from my screen, the color looks too bright to be Girl About Town. GAT is bright but dark. Its more toned down. I would say this color looks like the PRO l/s SHOW ORCHID.

This looks like M.A.C.'s lipstick in the color of Hollywood Nights, but she also has a deeper fuchsia or plum lip liner blended in the edges on the top & on the bottom lip. The darker liner in combination with the brighter blue pink lipstick color draws the viewer's eye from the dress to her lips with the similar matching color of the dots in this feminine dress. This is the focal point of the look. It's a really brilliant look created by the makeup artist.

The lipstick looks a lot like Lancome's Color Fever lipstick in Rock Icon Fuchsia or Violet Fashion, Not Victim. It also looks a lot like MAC's Violetta mixed with Snow Orchid, however; it is also looks like how NYX's Louisiana looks when applied with a darker violet lipliner.
