what to pair with this jacket

I bought this jacket at H&M last year and the tag is still on. I'm not sure what to wear this with. what clothes would you pair with this jacket?

I'm not sure about on the bottom but it would look great as part of a kind of 'nautical' look... I'm think some kind of slash neck stripy top underneath... hmm... poss' just dark indigo jeans (bootcut/flared).

a solid color cami/tank/shirt under that jacket, with a full A-line skirt in a fun print! at least that's what I would wear in the coming spring months lol
