What would you recommend for this outfit

I'm looking for some make up suggestions, eyes, cheeks, lips, the full works really, for an evening wedding reception that I'm going to in a couple of weeks time.

This is the dress I'm planning on wearing:

And this is what I look like, Brown curly hair with blonde highlights, NW25 skin tone, steal blue/grey eyes and thinnish lips

Any suggestions would be greatly received

I'm not a make up artist but how about bitter,electric eel and deep truth eyeshadow,a neutral blush something with a hint of pink like well dressed or tenderling and lips again something nude pink like angel or creme cup. Hope this helps.

I would do a neutral look on the lid (browns and fleshtones and such) and a pop of blue under the lower lashes, I think that would be appropriate for the occasion. HTH!
