For blue, I like Too Faced lava gloss in Midnight. It goes on very smooth. As for purple I'd recommend their French Riviera Luxe e/l, though I'm not sure if it's been discontinued or not.

Or Bobbi Browns Sapphire gel liner and Macroviolet Fluidline, or Bobbi Brown also do a violet, or a black cherry I think it is? Theres a couple of purples from BB tho...

Oh, for kohls, my fave is definitely Prunella for purple, and Blooz for your Sapphire.
