I have stared at this picture for a minute and can't figure it out. I love it! I love the whole look. So what do you guys think it is?

I'm no expert but i'll try... She probably has pigmented lips.. I'd say high tea lipstick with enchantress lipgloss for that peachy brownish color *shrugs*
