What's the best way to apply Pigments

..... I heard it is messier to apply than regular shadows. Please share your tricks on applying/layer pigments neatly and beautifully!! Thanks!

There's lots of threads devoted to this topic...just do a search up at the top & it should give you all the info you need. For me, I find the best way to use them is to pat them on the eye, instead of brushing them on.

I think they work best with a base or a mixing medium. depends on how strong of a color you want
