When do the new brush sets come out?

I looked in the color stories forum but I couldn't find any information. I'm ridiculously looking forward to the one with the mini 187.
also, I'm going to the NocturnElle unveiling tomorrow night, would I be able to pick one up then? or put it on hold?

Thursday is the "take-home" day. I believe you can hold/pre-order at Preview Night.
