When do you need an eye cream?

Ok dudes, I've done a search and come up with plenty of good creams to use, but what I want to know is if I should be using one?

I'm seventeen with very dry skin, small lines under my eyes, occasional puffiness and dark circles. Do I need an eye cream, and if so what's the deal? TIA!

try fast response eye cream from mac to start with. it isnt TOO advanced of a cream, but you will see some results. when you step up go towards brands like dr. perricone, strivectin, and chanel.
