Which blush would suit me?

I'm having real problems finding a blush that suits me; I have a red based skintone (I'm an NW20) and my cheeks around my nose are often red and I have big pores at this area aswell. So every time I try on a blush, I think it makes my face look all red and flushed

Here's a picture of me:

My skin acctually looks better in pictures than it does in real life + that it always looks better just after I put on my makeup, lol

I have combination skin and I use prep + prime, sff foundation and blot powder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I am NW20 and have oily skin. I've had trouble finding a suitable blush as well. I fell in love with Dame. From the pics you posted I don't see the red in your skin. However, if you do have a lot of red Dame may not work for you. Perhaps you could try a peachy/pink.

Shadow: Thanks for the recs! The redness doesn't show up because I have just put my makeup on in the picture, it gets more red during the day/evening since foundation doesn't want to stay put on my skin (even with primer underneath

) The red is mostly on my cheeks at the side of my nose, I usually put some yellow concealer over it but the red breaks through during the day. Stupid skin!

Bare Escentuals mineral powder in Multitasking Bisque is excellent in covering redness on the cheeks & beside the nose...& it lasts! It also is GREAT for covering large pores. Then, I think you would look gorgeous with any color blush!
Your eyes are so pretty.

You could try Peaches, Pinch O' Peach, they're both sheer matte peach blushes (for the peaches 'n' cream look...you've got the perfect skin for it). Tenderling might also work because it's a nude pink, so it will have more brown in it. Melba might also work, as well, since it's a coraly-peach. It will have more warmth, but it's still a sheer matte. You'll probably have to just go and play!! In order to make sure you get the right one, you might try going around the end of the day...when you're make-up has worn off so you can see how the blush looks against your naked skin. Then the MA can put foundation on so you can see what it would look like all freshly done!

I think you should try Tenderling (nude peach) or peaches, pinch o'peach.. more matte-ish but flattering peachy shades... I also love Cubic, it's more of a matte-nude pinky hue (but light on the pink) if you are really wanting something more on the pink side to try out.

I am thinking NARS Sertao or Luster. There's enough soft gold in them, but they never look dirty, and they are not too rosy or bright.

Have you tried Laura Mercier Crushed Hazelnut? It's a nudish blush that was supposedly created to counteract the look of redness on the cheeks. Also, I think the key with any blush is to use a light hand when applying. Your skin looks absolutely beautiful in that pic!
