which brand mineral makeup best

Hi I've been using Bare MInerals mineral makeup for about a year now and though i"m okay with it i feel like there might be a lot of other bette mineral makeup out there. I spoke to a Mac makeup artist and he responded that many of his clients find that bare minerals oftentimes makes them "shiny" because of an ingredient in there and also the coverage isn't that good...oftentimes leaving my skin kind of patchy dry looking? like you can actually SEE the powder.

I wanted to ask you readers for any recommendations and suggestions and to what mineral makeup you've used or think is better? There's stila, urban decay, clinique...etc just to name a few! thanks!

I personally like MMU from Alima (www.alimacosmetics.com). Their prices are reasonable and you can order samples so you can experiment with different shades. Their blushes and e/s are also very nice, plus they have a great C.S.

I use BE also and find somedays that it just doesnt work. Mostly in the summer cause of my tan. at least I think.

After a lot of trying, I´m using meow-mmu.
It´s got loftof shades, and different kindes of coverage, I think that´s the one that works best for me.

My favorite is Everyday Minerals. They have several formulations from heavy coverage to light and you can get free samples for just the cost of shipping so you can keep trying shades until you find the one you like best. They can be found on line.

Valerie Beauty,... Comes in a multitude of coverage levels and Val will custom mix for you if needed. No Bismuth, so no pain when you sweat or for those who are allergic to Bismuth. This stuff looks great and her finishing powders are the bomb,.. mix the Halo and Satin Sun together and its just gorgeous.
