How can I make my eyes look bigger? Which products, colors, and makeup techniques can you recommend? I have very small, dark green eyes.

Eyeliner always helps me. I use black eyeliner too. Most people say that black eyeliner makes your eyes smaller, but for me it is the opposite. I have single lids with small asian eyes and once I add my black liner, my eyes get much bigger. I've heard that white eyeliner makes eyes look bigger too.

Putting a shimmery, light/white eyeshadow at the inner corners and slightly on the bottom lid will make them appear more open.

white eyeliner on the waterline can make your eyes pop
i've found a creamy or reflective white(like frostlight fluidline) work better for me, stark white just looks too garish

shimmery or bright colors on the eyelid paired with a darker crease also help exagerate the eyes

Benefit Eyebright (a pinkish white, fat eye pencil) applied on the outer corners of your eyes, under the brows, on the waterline, and on the inner corners (blended everywhere of course to be seamlesss). Then, take a shimmery light color (I like Nylon, Shore Leave, Crystal Avalanche, or Vanilla Pigment) and apply it on top of the Eyebright on the inner corners and lightly under the brow. Then, pile on the mascara
