Which e/l to use for lining inner rims of eyes?

I have eye allergies and I wear contacts...what e/l should I use to line my waterline? I tried Urban Decay 24/7 and it didn't stay on. Still Smudgepots were to difficult to get on...

MAC's Technakohl or Guerlain's Terracotta Loose Powder Kohl, they have awesome staying power. I'm not keen on using fluidline on my waterline.

The Guerlain Kohl has an amazing intensity and is by far my favorite for a dramatic and intense look.

If you have sensitive eyes & wear contacts, I wouldn't use e/l on the waterline.
