Which eyeliner?

I think any purples will help.. but you have to try it for yourself. a friend of mine has dark green eyes, and purples look great on her.

Purples, magentas, burgundies definitely would make your green eyes "POP", maybe not make them bigger. The way I think about it, other colours make your eye colour pop, while placement of eyeliner makes your eyes look bigger.
I like to line the outer 2/3 of the upper lashline with a black eyeliner and smudge it out with a sponge, then line the outer 1/4-1/3 of the lower lashline and smudge that out too. In combination with a deep purple liner, your eyes will pop AND look bigger. Woohoo!

like gigiopolis said, certain liners won't make your eyes bigger. its all in how you apply them. red-based (red-purples or red-browns) colors will definately make the green stand out. lining all the way around your eyes top and bottom will make them smaller, so lining just the top alone or just the outer 1/2-2/3 top and bottom will make them more almond-like and bigger.
