Which heated lash curler is best?

My lashes are stick straight. I've used a Shu Umera curler and the Sheisiedo ones, which are supposed to be the two best and no matter what I try it's nearly impossible for me to get my lashes to hold any curl.
So, I'm thinking I should try a heated curler. I did a search on this site and found mixed reviews for Sephora's, Japonesque's and Model Co. I was hoping you guys could let me know which one you think I should buy or if there is something else out there better than these. Thanks so much!

i don't know if you tried this method yet but what i do is put my curler under a blowdryer for about 3-5 seconds, and then put it to the back of my hand to test if it's not too hot. then i curl my lashes 3 times--first at the tips (hold 10 seconds), the middle (repeat time) and then the root (15 seconds). they stay curled very well, especially after i apply shiseido the makeup mascara base. i follow with waterproof l'oreal voluminous mascara for that fake lash look. i hope this helped
