Which ingredient is plumping?

I work at BEnefit and alot of my customers ask me how do the lip plumps and color plumps actually work, and well, I don't know. I can't seem to figure which ingredient is doing the plumping and how it does it. help? below are the ingredients:

Color plump - Castor seed oil, glyceryl ricinoleate, caprylic/capric triglyceride, candelilla wax, beeswax, myristyl myristate, carnauba wax, cetyl alcohol, shea butter, myristyl lactate, ethylhexyl palmitate, tocopherol, tribehenin, talc, ascorbyl palmitate, sorbitan isostearate, palmitoyl oligopeptide. May Contain: Yellow 5 lake, red 7/red 7 lake, aluminum hydroxide, mica, iron oxides, red 6, carmine, titanium dioxide, manganese violet, blue 1 lake, red 30 lake, yellow 6 lake, red 21/red 21 lake, red 33, red 27/red 27 lake, red 28 lake, orange 5/orange 5 lake, red 36, bismuth oxychloride.

Lip Plump - Water, Polybutene, Titanium Dioxide, Isopropyl Palmitate, Glyceryl Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Glycerin, PEG-20 Methyl Glucose, Sesquistearate, Stearic Acid, Microcrystalline Wax, Lanolin Wax, Mineral Oil, Beeswax, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Jojoba (Buxus Chinensis) Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Iron Oxides, Triethanolamine, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, BHA.

ugh. trust me, they know less than I do. Many people here are more focused on sales skills rather than product knowledge.

I know some common plumpers use b12 derivatives (Lip Injection from Too Faced), hyaluronic acid (lip fusion XL), Cayenne Pepper (Lip Venom I believe uses this) Cinnamon, and i'm not farmiliar on the technical terms of chemical plumpers.
