Which light blue for this look?

I just LOVE this look. I love how the light blue and orange look together. But it turns out it's not blue at all, it's grey. And Alum will definitely not look like that on my paler skin. So I am looking for a blue that looks like the picture. Which one can I use? I have the Tone Grey Quad, but I think the Wamer White will be too pale.

You guys see it as a blue too, right? It's not just me who has lost it?
