i would go with the black one...it fits more and even though the pink one is nice I know I would personally end up getting sick of it being pink and wish i had gotten the black.

I have the black sephora one that has pull out shelves on both sides, which I think works better than the one you linked-- that one looks like it might tip over if you put too much stuff in it. But I really like it-- it's very high quality, looks great, and holds a lot of stuff-- though not as much as it seems like it would. I had a large silver caboodles traincase with pullout shelves from Target and I thought I was upgrading when I got the Sephora one-- but despite the sephora one being slightly bigger, they hold the exact same amount of stuff. But I still prefer the Sephora one because it looks nicer and is more durable.
