I prefer white, Gilded White is pretty good, or Fascinating which is matte

Either colour would be good but, remember the colours tend to fade as the day goes on and white may appear a bit startling at first.
MAC does a good white, Fascinating, and they have a Pale Yellow that is a pro colour.

You could also try a flesh tone eyeliner or even a cream coloured one. Make Up for Ever has one in their aqua eyes collection.

I love it on the Waterline Fascinating Kohl is excellent and it lasts all day on me ...I wore it yesterday actually...I like white because it makes my eyes appear so much brighter...Yellow not so much

I love the pale yellow color that MAC makes, but it depends on your skintone as to whether you will like white or yellow more. I like the white (Fascinating) more than the yellow, but I would wear either.

I have a white one from Urban Decay and a cream one from Maybelline, I like the cream one during the day and the white one for evenings

I actually prefer to use Sephora's flashy eye pencils in mauve...it looks a little crazy when you're just looking at the pencil, but when you put it on, there's just a slight hint of color, and a bit of iridescence to reflect the light. I like it because it's not as severe as white, and it's waterproof, so it sticks pretty well too.

I love Fascinating. Next to black, it's my go-to waterline color. Fascinating looks awesome when using a bright liner for the bottom lid like teal or lime green. I have never tried a yellow one though. Sounds interesting.

I like using a nude/cream color. Stila has a liner called Topaz and it's perfect!

I've never heard of pale yellow! Sounds interesting, I'd like to try it.

As others have said, it really depends on your skintone, but I think it depends on the colour of your eyes as well. For example, if the "white" in your eyes is more yellow, a white eyeliner will make your eyes look even less white and a pale yellow eyeliner will therefore be better to brighten up your eyes.
