Why I <3 MAC

I wrote to MAC a few weeks ago regarding my Fluidline drying out, I didn't hear anything back until today when I checked my mailbox & saw a package from MAC. I knew I didn't order anything, but I opened it & saw a letter from MAC & a brand new Blacktrack Fluidline! That's awesome customer service! I wasn't expecting anything like that. There goes another reason to adore MAC!

the same thing happened to my blacktrack. i just b2m'd it.
that is great that they replaced it!
