Am I missing something - its a standard shade

by the way £22 is equiv to approx $40

Wow. Some people are just ebay crazy I guess. One of their best selling shades means it is plentiful? Am I correct in this assumption? There is no way I would spend $40 for something that I can just hope down to the mac counter and get for 20 something. (And I don't wear a whole lot of l/s anyway. Stick with lipgloss. I have nice color in my lips.)

Transatlantic shipping, British import duty and something like 18 per cent tax. The reason Britain's economy does so well is it is exceptional at protecting local industry by whomping huge import duties on companies who want to sell their stuff there. So... on the upside... your economy is booming. On the bad side... MAC is stupid expensive.
