windshield wiper technique

You take your blending brush and "sweep" your crease in a windshield wiper motion to blend the colors (I go from outer to inner).

Using your blending brush (i.e I use the 217), you find your crease (the indented/hollow curved line of your eyesocket) and you simply swipe the brush gently from left to right to deposit and blend the color into your crease.
