winter/frosty look

hey i was wondering if anyone had any pictures or tutorials for a wintery/frosty look...i dono like frosty eyes, maybe red lipstick/gloss...and also list the products you used. thanks!

Ooh the cover of the new sephora catalog has a wonderful frosty look - I don't know if you can look at it online but it may be on there.
