This is just an icy color concept theme that I'm hoping to improve (and possibly expand on). Suggestions are always welcome!
Here goes nothing:
eyes:
beiging s/s
bamboom paint
patina e/s
mulch e/s
magic dust e/s
jardin aires pigment
roadstripe (d/c urban decay e/s) = vellum e/s
Black sephora eye liner
Show off brow gel
Mascara

lips:
Night Affair l/g
frozen white pigment

I didn't have time to put anything on my face since it's just a test drive for now.

I was thinking of going for Northern Lights since it's a cold wintery look. But I also like a bit of Frozen White on the cheeks, but that might be a might much with frozen white on the lips already.
