I'm excited! I had a fantastic experience at the MAC Pro here in Vegas, and emailed CS to let them know, and they finally replied and said thank you and that they were sending me a small gift! I know they have done this to other people in the past for negative experiences or what have you, but I wasn't expecting it for a positive comment!

Has anyone had this happen to them recently? What did they send?

I just emailed them about a great experience at the freestanding store here. They just emailed me back saying thanks. This was about a month or so ago.

I emailed MAC about my awesome MA, and they thanked me and sent me Moonstone lip gelee.

I sent a letter about a wonderful experience I had and they sent me oil absorbing sheets. It was about 2 months from the day I sent the original email.
