Working for EL/Origins?

Hello everyone! I was just offered and accepted an assistant manager role for Origins! I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for me, any experiences working for Lauder, gratis policies, (discount, lol) anything you can throw my way!!!

my friend used to work at origins. she got a huge discount. i think it was 45%? or maybe 40%? some RIDICULOUSLY HUGE amount. lol. i thought it was awesome!

also, i really like how origins gives samples of everything that they have. that's what definitely brought me back (besides the fact that my friend used to work there). i really appreciated how they offered to give me samples and i didn't even have to ask. great customer service!

oh and i also like how origins gives facials!!!!! it gives you so much more one on one time with customers and a free facial is always nice
