Would I like a Paint Pot or UDPP as a base ?

It depends on how oily your lids are, IMO.
My lids are rather oily, so if I use Paint Pots alone, they do not last all day on me.
UD PP lasts all day on me alone, so if I had to pick one, that's what I'd go with.
My favorite thing to do though is to use both. I like to apply a thin layer of UD PP, then apply a Paint Pot on top of that. Then I get the best of both worlds.

i love both, but when i wear paint pots i always put UDPP underneath anyway, i still find paint pots can crease a lil bit.. maybe because i have oily lids

My pick would be Paintpots. I have so many and depending on the P/P that I use the shadows can take on some amazing colours. I also like how it intensify's the actual shadow colour itself

I also have UDPP and that is what I use when I choose neutral/brown colours on my eyes.

I dont have oily or dry lids either so both work very well on me. I have yet to see a P/P crease on me.

paint pots crease on me if i wear one without applying a base so i usually apply my udpp then on top i would wear a paint pot that compliments the shade of es that i'll be wearing. hth
