MAC did this? i mean MAC needs to come on Specktra to see what people wants and likes, they'd be even more popular, and they should take in ideas from the other topic of creating your own color stories by MAC_Pixie

The problem is that MAC don't really care a lot about what the MAC addicts on Specktra want or like as we don't make up anything like the bulk of thier business. We may buy huge hauls at one time, but if you talk to any MAC artist they will agree that we addicts are actually a small part of the business. The majority of MAC customers actually want subtle looks and neutral colours, believe it or not!

I have to agree with the above comment. I was usually the MAC MA with the least/most neutral makeup at the counter, and a lot of customers would request that I do their makeup. Most of the customers I dealt with wanted more natural, toned down looks.

totally agree plus theres several threads about new and upcoming products (the mini sets for one esp the pigments) where people have wished in a previous thread mac would make

yeah i know just a couple of months ago their was a thread about what products we would like mac to make in upcomming sets

and almost everybody including me said mini pigment sets and guess what BAM! here they are hahaha


and yeah we know for a fact that they monitor this forum beacuse this is the #1 mac fan site in the world it would just be stupid if they didnt.

LOL, how suprising, since they have done a mini pigment set as part of the Christmas collection every year for the last 6 or 7 years.
