Wrong colour?

Hi everyone! I'm new here - I hope i put this in the right section.

Anyway, I have a question for you all!

Four months ago I had ordered a huge mac haul, and one of the items was full coverage foundation in nc20, however when I received it, every other item was right, but they sent me nw40!!

I ended up being in the hospital for a while, and ended up completely forgetting about returning it. I still have the receipt from online. What do you all think that they would do for this? Should I just forget about it? I have no problem with that if that is the case, as I know it has been a while.

Hey! Call customer service & explain your situation! They are pretty good about that stuff especially since it was their fault for sending you the wrong shade! Hope you're feeling better too!!!

I agree w/HOTasFCUK.....Call them. They will more than likely overnight express you the correct product. They are very good at making good on their mistakes.

does the receipt say nc20? cuz if it does, then i'm sure they'd definitely send you the right one.

ITA agree with all of the posters. I have found that MAC is usually really good about returns and exchanges, especially if it was their mistake. Since you have the receipt, I don't see why they would not exchange.
