So my friend and fellow specktrette swapped gratis items tonight. I swapped her some nars, lorac and smashbox items for some of her MAC; working in retail/cosmetics is so cool lol

I ended up with:
Metal Rock MSF (SO PRETTY!)

Interview/Purple X

Elite and Scarab eyeshadows

And then i'll have Shooting Star MSF (my holy grail MAC item) and samples of Coco and Deckchair pigments.

i want those 2 too! i didn't even want metal rock at first but now it's a staple! i contour with it, it's BEAUTIFUL.

i love metal rock too for contouring but lately, i've been using it w/ mixing medium and applying it as an e/s. don't know if it's eye safe but i love how it looks especially when i use it at night!! anyway, have fun w/ your new makeups!

they're all eyesafe, but none are lipsafe. i use it as an eyeshadow too! it's pretty as a liner when it's wet.

my nc40 metal rock is too dark for me, do you use the 187 to apply it pixie?

I use a 168 when i use it to contour, i tried it as a bronzer with a fluffy powder brush and it looked okay. I haven't tried with the 187, i'm afriad it would hold too much of the shimmer, cuz it's very very glittery.
